Our people have stayed a long time, and we are all dedicated to the highest standards of service.

A real path from assistant to stylist. Our junior, advanced and senior levels are based on time in the craft and training completed, not on who's been here longest or who asked.
No drama. We mean the ordinary version of that: clients are the salon's, not something to poach. The schedule is set fairly and problems get fixed. If a salon has ever made you dread walking in, that's the thing we want to avoid.
Guests who come back. Many of our clients have been with the same stylist for years, so you're building a book, not chasing walk-ins.
