Appointments
HAIR LOVE requires a credit card on file to book all appointments. Our stylists are in high demand and we need to ensure their schedules are filled. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time to check in at the front desk. Walk-ins are taken based on availability.
Cancellations
HAIR LOVE respectfully requests at least 24 hours notice via phone or voicemail for cancellations. In the event of a late cancellation we will charge a $50 fee to the card on file. If this is a recurring issue your stylist may refuse to provide you with future services.
Service Deposit
A $50 deposit is required to reserve appointments of 2 hours or more (i.e., balayage, corrective color, keratin, extensions). This deposit goes toward the total service bill, but is forfeited if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours.
NO CALL/NO SHOWS
If you do not call to cancel or reschedule and do not show for your appointment, you’ll be charged 100% of the services originally scheduled.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds of any kind. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify HAIR LOVE within a week of your appointment.
Notifications
Be sure you’re getting HAIR LOVE’s text and/or email appointment confirmations! These reminders arrive 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. No action is required on your part if you’re keeping the appointment; if you need to reschedule or cancel, please call 732-775-4527.
Parking
Please be advised that there is a two-hour parking limit on Main Street in Bradley Beach. If you are planning a longer visit to HAIR LOVE, park on side streets. Click for map.
Open Chair Policy
Our team embraces an open chair policy to provide a range of talent & availability. The pricing structure of HAIR LOVE offers our guests the opportunity to choose the stylist & price that best suits their needs & budget.
Clothing & Personal Items
HAIR LOVE is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of clothing or personal property. During services, our clients are draped appropriately. Please leave valuable items at home.
Referrals
We believe a referral is the best compliment you can give us. Be sure to grab a HAIR LOVE referral card on your way out! You AND the referr-ee will get a $10 service credit!
Payment Methods
HAIR LOVE accepts cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, AmEx, Discover & HAIR LOVE gift cards. Gift cards are not redeemable if lost or stolen. A $30 fee will be assessed for returned checks.
